ترکیه برای بازداشت بینالمللی نتانیاهو به اینترپل متوسل شد | وکلاپرس
وکلاپرس- آکین گورلک، وزیر دادگستری ترکیه، روز جمعه ۲۱ آگوست ۲۰۲۶ (۳۰ مرداد ماه) اعلام کرد که وزارت دادگستری ترکیه رسماً از وزارت کشور این کشور خواسته است برای نتانیاهو و آفک موسکوویچ، اعلان قرمز اینترپل درخواست شود.
به گزارش وکلاپرس، ترکیه روند قضایی علیه بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخستوزیر اسرائیل، و شماری از مقامهای ارشد این رژیم را در پی عملیات نظامی اسرائیل در غزه و همچنین برخورد نیروهای اسرائیلی با ناوگان جهانی صمود (Global Sumud Flotilla) آغاز کرد؛ ناوگانی متشکل از فعالان بینالمللی که با هدف انتقال کمکهای بشردوستانه به غزه راهی این منطقه شده بود.
پروندهای که اکنون به درخواست اعلان قرمز برای نتانیاهو در اینترپل منجر شده، در دادگاه کیفری عالی شماره ۱۱ استانبول در جریان است و در حال حاضر ۳۵ متهم دارد.
ترکیه برای اعمال صلاحیت قضایی خود به مقررات حقوق داخلی و همچنین کنوانسیون حقوق دریاها استناد کرده است؛ استدلال اصلی این است که حادثه در آبهای بینالمللی رخ داده و شهروندان ترکیه نیز در میان افراد بازداشتشده حضور داشتهاند.
به گفته گورلک، این درخواست بر اساس احکام بازداشت صادرشده در ۱۴ ژوئیه ۲۰۲۶ تنظیم شده و مدارک مربوطه نیز به وزارت خارجه ترکیه ارسال شده است.
بر اساس اعلام وزیر دادگستری ترکیه، نتانیاهو و موسکوویچ در این پرونده به مجموعهای از اتهامها متهم هستند، از جمله: جنایت علیه بشریت، نسلکشی، سلب مشدد آزادی، ایراد صدمه عمدی، شکنجه/ایذاء، تخریب اموال، سرقت مشدد و توقیف یا ربودن وسایل حملونقل
The judicial process regarding the attack carried out against activists of the Global Freedom Flotilla, which set sail to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, continues with determination. In the case numbered 2026/108 Esas of the Istanbul 11th Heavy Penal Court, prosecution is being conducted against 35 defendants, including Binyamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch. In the scope of the file, in line with the arrest warrants issued on July 14, 2026, for Binyamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch on the charge of “Genocide,” a request has been made to our Ministry of Interior for the issuance of a red notice at the international level for their search, and the relevant documents have been forwarded to our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Binyamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch are being tried on charges of “Crimes Against Humanity,” “Genocide,” “Deprivation of Liberty of a Qualified Person,” “Intentional Injury,” “Torture,” “Damage to Property,” “Qualified Plunder,” and “Hijacking of Transport Vehicles” in connection with the armed intervention against civilians delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza in international waters and the detention of activists. We categorically reject the notion that the Netanyahu administration, which is implementing a genocide policy in Gaza, is untouchable and unaccountable.
